I like that it's easy to use with any level of experience in accounting or bookkeeping/billing software - no matter how basic! It doesn't have all features available as other programs but you can customize your own version by adding more modules if needed (such as shipping). We've been able fix most problems ourselves without needing outside help since we know what our customers are looking at when they log into their accounts each month; this has helped us keep costs down even though there isn’t much IT support from them anymore either now than before switching over so far everything seems fine-ish still waiting longer term reviews etc..
