Most recently I was told to change the title of my profile from "Marketing Manager" to "Marketing Manager, Copywriting & Email Marketing". My profile was changed without any explanation or warning. Then I tried to use my previous email address and password to log back in to my account, but I couldn't because I hadn't yet verified my new email address. I asked if anyone could verify my old email address and I was given a link to verify my new email address, but I never received verification email (and now I can't log back in). So I asked to see my old account details and was told that they had been deleted. Finally I created a new account and logged in again, but I still cannot access my old profile. When I ask why my old account details have been deleted I'm told that they have been purged from their database, but there is no backup file.
