Fits and works well. Great replacement for the D-rings on my helmet, much easier and quicker to use. I love that it fits without having to sew straps on and that it can even be reused on a different helmet later if needed. I would buy another one if I needed a second one. Edit the next day. Unfortunately it breaks the day after I posted my review! lol I was about to ride my bike and was about to put my helmet on when I unbuckled the buckle I saw something fall to the ground. I took a closer look and saw that it was a small tab that had to be pressed to open the buckle. As mentioned in some other reviews, it just broke. This would be the second trip. I guess some of them really cut off for no apparent reason. It's a shame, I really liked the design. Will have to look for a better replacement. It was worth a try for the price I paid. I'm not upset about it, just wish it had lasted longer than a short trip! laugh out loud
