I used to have a Cablz glasses holder but eventually stopped using it. They weren't adjustable, so whenever I rested my head on the headrest while driving or on one of the sofa cushions while watching TV, I was squeezing on the cable, which in turn was pushing the glasses off my nose. Otherwise, I liked the durability and style of the holders. Fast forward to earlier this year, when I was about to travel to Israel, I was looking for a mount for my glasses. I saw that they are regulated so I decided to take a risk. To be honest, I don't like her. The arms of my glasses are about 6mm x 2mm and this holder doesn't fit very well. They held up well enough that I didn't lose any points after the Jordan dunk, so I'm glad I bought them. But every fourth time I adjust the mount to make it looser, one of the rubber sleeves falls out of my glasses. And today, one of the cable ends came loose from the connector in the rubber grommet, so it's a matter of time before the cable comes out fully. I'll probably end up replacing it, but if I do I'll look for another brand.
