I was a little worried when I read the reviews, they say it took a long time to assemble, they found some kind of solid beam in the frame that rests against the back . But my fears were dispelled quickly. The manufacturer apparently fixed everything, because everything came together pretty quickly, the screws were handed in initially, everything is clear. The chair itself is comfortable and pleasant, does not creak. I didn’t notice any solid elements on the back, and the pillow came from the manufacturer as a bonus, which finally dispelled my paranoia. Everything is soft and pleasant. Exceeded my expectations and love it. Thanks a lot!
