These are UNISEX sizes for Men and Women, Older Boys and Girls. This is NOT a fitted shirt. If you're a woman, order a size or two smaller. These are thick, soft, durable shirts. This is an expensive shrinkable cotton that shrinks to baby size after washing and drying. Don't be afraid to dry them as they are pre-shrunk. I love these shirts. I love this brand.
