I've been thinking about getting a kneeling chair for a while and I was a bit overwhelmed with my research. There seemed to be so many available that looked more or less the same. I chose this one because of its rating, thick pads and weight. (I weigh about 240 pounds, and many chairs were only rated at 220.) The chair was relatively easy to put together. (At first I thought there were no instructions but it was in a bag with one of the pillows.) I had to use a rubber mallet to push one of the pins through its hole but otherwise no problem. very durable. Casters (the component most people complain about) are standard furniture casters. I appreciate thicker pads. I'm new to this kneeling business so I'm still getting used to the feeling; My knees hurt a little at times, but this is usually alleviated by changing positions to find the "sweet spot". I bought this for my office and am considering getting another one for home. highlighted.
