Alooma has helped us consolidate our BI across multiple applications & systems for an aggregated view of customer transactions. The Alooma tool itself is quite intuitive - as long as you use it regularly day in/day out this can get tiring. But, since they're committed to their product, support staff are constantly trying improve features. There isn't anything that I dislike so far! We've been using Alooma for more than 2 years now, and it's been very effective at consolidating transactional data from multiple systems into one place where we can better report on it. A single point of call for both system integrations and end user reporting. Alooma is a very intuitive and easy to use product. The platform is very user friendly and the support team is extremely helpful. There is not much to dislike about Alooma. It is a very useful tool for our organization. We are able to view our data in one place and make changes to our data in real-time. This is a great tool for our organization.
