This is a very good item, accurately described by the seller. This is a "medium hold", not a firm one. As another reviewer said, it's best to spritz it on your hand and then work it into your hair. This works better than direct spraying, which wastes product. There are gels and liquids for women that also work well but of course cost a lot more. American Crew is for us guys and they're doing a good job.
