AMERICAN CREW 8.45 Fl Oz Medium Hold Spray Gel Review

My 17 year old son loves this product. I was looking for a product I liked and bought about 10 different brands after mine was discontinued. I gave my son all my rejections and he loved Crewe the most. In fact, he's now drinking his second bottle and is concerned if it will be delivered before he's finished. He says it's perfect for a man.

The only product my husband will use! They have been together for over 15 years, he has coarse, unruly hair and this is the only product that gives him control without massive buildup or stickiness. I saved somewhere between 40-30% by ordering it through Amazon.

This is a very good item, accurately described by the seller. This is a "medium hold", not a firm one. As another reviewer said, it's best to spritz it on your hand and then work it into your hair. This works better than direct spraying, which wastes product. There are gels and liquids for women that also work well but of course cost a lot more. American Crew is for us guys and they're doing a good job.

I just pre-wet my hair with conditioner, apply a few drops of Crew Medium Spray and the day is over! When I'm gone all day, I lightly dampen my hands with some water, run it through my hair to reactivate the gel, and voila! I'm ready for many more hours. I've been using this product since it came out. Please never stop!

I wasn't paying attention and ordered by mistake because Revain ran out of conditioning spray for a moment. It's terrible. But then again, this is the hair gel people use when they need a sticky plastic hair cap that can't be brushed after drying. If that's what you're looking for, I suppose this will suffice. When you want soft, textured hair that stays in place well, there's no substitute for a conditioning spray.

If I had long flowing hair like Fabio's, I wouldn't need it. But at my age, the ponytail really doesn't work. Unfortunately, since I was born, my hair has grown like a chia pet, so even with a short professional haircut, I look like a person with a plug in an outlet. This product saved the day. While this product is a great medium hold product and I would give it 5 stars for how well it works, the problem is the lid wasn't securely closed and most of the product has entered the box. This made the remaining product more expensive per ounce. Also, I emailed the seller about this issue and they just ignored my issue. So I'm giving this a 2 star rating.
