Lost product due to lid not closing properly

While this product is a great medium hold product and I would give it 5 stars for how well it works, the problem is the lid wasn't securely closed and most of the product has entered the box. This made the remaining product more expensive per ounce. Also, I emailed the seller about this issue and they just ignored my issue. So I'm giving this a 2 star rating.
