Very sharp, very good coma characteristics. Light weight and filters. If you often shoot landscapes, this is a fantastic lens. I achieve this better than the Sigma 14mm 1.8 Art lens, which is wider and allows longer exposures of the Milky Way, and I achieve more than the Sigma 40mm 1.4 Art and Nikon 50mm 1.8s lenses who have a (slightly) better coma. The performance is wide open, but not always the right view for shots with a lot of Galactic core and Milky Way arms. I'm a complete novice, but this lens really opens up a lot of possibilities.
