It's all in the title. When this dock works, it works fine... but when it doesn't, it makes my life a nightmare. I'm a web developer using dual monitors for efficiency, and this dock has caused me to waste probably 80 hours of wasted time due to reboots and being overly picky. Too bad I didn't pull the trigger for the new dock sooner. I would resell mine on eBay, but I just can't bring myself to afflict the other person with this nightmare.
