I found this at Revain recently. I was thrilled with the fast shipping from the US. I really wanted a 24V 10A charger but this is only a 5A charger. However, it worked when I first tried it, albeit understandably slower to reach a full charge than a 10A charger could deliver (which I didn't need) and a dual-blade plastic screwdriver handle (Phillips and straight Blade). Judging by the spring inside the hilt, she was able to test the tension with the blade in place. I tried this in my outlet but got no visual indication. It remains a mystery. Also included were two spare 10A 240V fuses, one of which didn't survive delivery, although I hope the charger fuse doesn't blow. But in any case it is a small thing. I was aware of another reviewer's comment that the internal fan blade was not working, so I tested this by inserting the tip of a small, flexible probe into the exhaust. Buzz, buzz, now! The fan is running! But it was so quiet that I might not have noticed otherwise (although I could feel the airflow, it was too weak to be entirely sure). So bottom line: It was a good buy and I would recommend it, although I certainly hope it doesn't let me down. I assume a fan will keep it alive.
