I was very happy to receive my bag. I only like shoulder bags as I use a stick and regular bags get in the way. When this bag was delivered I checked it for defects. I couldn't find one. So I loaded it in the middle compartment with wallet, keys (small keyring with 3 keys), fabric sunglass case and android phone. Then I put a mini flashlight, a small lipstick with a stun gun, a small notebook and a pen in the front compartment. Finally, I placed 3 lip glosses, a tube of mascara, a small comb, and 2 hair ties in the back compartment. The strap was long enough and not a burden to go shopping with. I did this for 2.5 months before the center compartment zipper ended up breaking. After struggling to get the zipper back on the zipper, I sewed the end on so it wouldn't happen again. Less than 2 weeks later the other side of the zipper broke. So I sewed it on the other side. A week later, the first side that had torn tore again. So I figured I'd be smarter and sewed it up again with a drop of superglue. Needless to say, after reinserting all the zippers on both ends and adding superglue, I fell in love with this bag. Just in time because one end of the strap just fell off the handbag. I ended up buying cheap wallets! It was cute while it lasted which is why I gave it 3 stars.
