Based on our own experience, this bamboo tray is not worth the money .We found the design to be flimsy and unstable, and the finish easily scratched. While it may look nice on a table, this tray is not built for the rigors of the food service industry. The only positive is that it is eco-friendly but that's not worth the price tag.
