This is a high quality knife. Heavy for comfort and thick grip. I would have thought it would be better to have a big hand holding the handle. This knife could withstand a bomb and shine. The seller and delivery were impeccable, it arrived in pristine condition from the seller and is a great quality product. I had to order this knife to help with some late stage health issues. I wanted a lightweight knife, super sharp, and items that wouldn't stick. I finished cooking school but I'm in final C grade now so I need a knife to do some work. stuck, but all my food is stuck. I mean everything Vegetables were my main cube. No matter what, cold, half frozen. Vegetables, as I mentioned before, it's all stuck. and not a few laggards, but everything was stuck, I didn't have a santoku knife before. I'm disappointed it's too late to return. So does anyone have any user advice on how not to glue? We look at the ratings or the seller's response. Thanks, but I recommend this knife.
