Review on BISSELL 2230 Bagless Cylinder Canister by Mary Gardner

We have three dogs and six cats. We just bought a new house with carpeted floors on the second floor. The previous owners were not very clean and had their own dog. I bought this vacuum cleaner for my new apartment because our old one was worn out. When I vacuumed the bedroom for the first time, the canister was full. He dug deep into the carpet and pulled out all the old and new dirt and dog hair. I like that the cord is so long. I don't have to make as many connections as I did with our old vacuum. My husband used it from time to time to move something. When he tried to turn it back on, it wouldn't start. When I heard what he was upset about I told him to check the filter. After clearing the filter of dirt and hair, it worked again. So far I am very happy with this purchase.
