Broken unit, open box

OK . Bought these headlights this week and found they were missing the brackets and fender. So I got it back, now I got the stock headlights and found that this box is also missing the brackets. So my guess is that if you buy the 24-30 inch version of these lights you won't be able to use them unless you have a glass cover. Although the packaging and instructions say they come with clamps. The quality of light for me is generally very limited in quality compared to similar LED bulbs in terms of wattage.
