Total and utter DISAPPOINTMENT

Incredibly disappointed. There has always been a debate between hay and cardo in all motorcycle circles. After years of riding to the soft, fun sounds of the pavement beneath my bike, I've finally settled on a headset. I chose the Cardo over the Sena because the Cardo should be the only headset that is waterproof while all others are waterproof. Unfortunately, this model is terrible. - The instruction manual (good luck solving it) is so obscenely complicated. I still haven't figured out some things. I wanted to glue the headset to the helmet as the clamp would damage the helmet but I couldn't. I think the glue couldn't get to the curves of my helmets. Half the time Cardo doesn't respond when you give him a command like "Hey Cardo, turn up the volume". You have to give the command a couple of times - It's supposed to be noise canceling but when I'm on the phone everyone still hears my bike and the wind and I have a full face helmet - It has JBL speakers for louder or enhanced sound but it wasn't loud enough. Even at maximum volume, above the "safe threshold" on my phone and maximum volume in my headset. If you accelerate to 65 mph or more (normal highway speed) you will hear nothing. I couldn't tell the music was playing nor understand the words when I hit 75. And I could barely hear the guitar or the drums on 65. Telephone conversations at 85 miles per hour are very difficult to hear. They hear you, but you don't hear them. - The headset cannot be used for music with a second passenger. I know they tell you it's possible, but it's not. If you play music and then share it with your passenger, the song will constantly skip and pause until you want to stop and smash your headset onto the pavement. Sometimes it happens right away, sometimes after a few minutes. I tried everything I could think of to fix it and get it working and it didn't work. I even updated both headsets to the latest firmware and the problem got worse. Tried playing via Spotify, YouTube, Google Music App, Samsung Music App, nothing helped. I tried to sync both headsets with 1 phone, it didn't help. I was trying to sync the main headset to my son's phone, thinking it was my phone. didn't fix the problem. I went into the settings and set up everything that was possible in terms of Bluetooth, music and a headset. Nothing helped. The music played great when you were listening 1 person but the moment you shared it with a passenger everything went wrong. - You can add 5 speed dial numbers to the app, but you can't use them on the headset. You can only use the first speed dial number. It doesn't make sense why he's even giving you those options. - Although the battery life on the devices is really great. I'll switch to Senu and see how bluetooth works there. Because Cardo is the shit of what I've experienced.
