This device actually works very well for the devices I use it for. I usually use this to connect my google tablet to other monitors. Of course I need an extra adapter to convert HDMI to Type-C, but after that it actually works quite well. I can easily connect my tablet to two monitors. It delivers a good resolution and doesn't really require any additional performance. It only offers one connector of each type, so keep that in mind if you plan on connecting multiple monitors. I had to use VGA and DVI and it wasn't that hard to connect. I also tried the AUX port and it actually delivers pretty decent sound out of the speakers I have. The box is a bit heavy if you're using it with cables attached, so make sure it's placed on a table so you don't damage the connector. The device can also get slightly warm during use, so make sure there is adequate air circulation. Overall I think this device is great.
