Lid Won't Open: Sport & Outdoor Equipment

Lid Won't Close Properly. It doesn't fit all the way down and if you try to twist until it clicks it keeps popping up. If you close it until it stays down, the lid and bottle will just fall apart. So if you don't hold the cap and bottle at the same time, you'll end up dropping the bottle and spilling it all. Thank goodness I didn't miss the return deadline. Because I didn't use it until later.
