This is a great shirt for people with disabilities. Thanks to the magnetic buttons, the shirt is easy to put on and take off. I have an autistic son and we might have issues with clothing. Like all Tommy Hilfiger clothing, this shirt is well made and sewn. Magnetic buttons are not noticeable at all. The material is soft. We wash and line dry. We are very happy with this shirt.
