And upon closer inspection, it's a little more '3D' than you might expect. All lettering is embroidered and not printed, which makes it look even more pleasing. I thought it would be helpful with a rotator cuff tear and post surgery. It would be ideal if the magnets went along ALL the sleeves of the shirt. Unfortunately, the enlarged opening is minimal. The material is thicker and looks like a high quality shirt. I'm returning it and have never washed it so it's hard to tell if it will shrink or not. If it's compressed I'd say the size is smaller for the average size.

I received a completely different shirt than the advertised picture. Mine came with black text instead of the swivel and magnets on the shoulder pads and they don't stay together and are uncomfortable, idk if anyone has the same as me but you'd prefer the regular one.

There were some strange magnets sewn to the shirt along the collar, apparently for no reason. I sent the shirt back. Without the magnets I would have kept the shirt.

Well, there it says Hilfiger. The only part that opens is between the shoulder seam and the neckline. I thought this would fully expose the sleeve and neck because if you just had rotator cuff surgery, that's ten types of bitches sticking your hand in your shirt. It doesn't really help, other than making you look like a classy guy with your arm pan raised.

DON'T SPEND MONEY. This shirt should not be advertised as described. Magnetic closure at shoulders only. One on each side. A plain t-shirt works just as well as this one.

It was a good gift. He had a kind of magnetic shoulder that I would go back to if I noticed. Our Dave loved it. He hugged strange magnets.
