I love this option over a bar or ring.*BUT*Material stretches and loses its elasticity quickly. Then only the regular fabric is left on the back, and it's not that comfortable because it's too big. Used it for a few months and noticed it after about 2 weeks. The manufacturer should consider making a hard rubber fabric similar to Livestrong. Bracelet. It doesn't wear out as quickly and doesn't get as dirty.
