I wanted it to work it seemed a fair price. I had it under strong sun exposure all day. I used it to charge 6V batteries. The battery charged but didn't charge and died. Tried another battery, same result. I took out my tester and saw that the panel was in direct sunlight. He didn't reveal anything. Too bad it took me so long to find out it never worked.
