DO NOT BUY I would like to start by saying that I liked these first. I love to cook and take very good care of my pans. They never wash in the dishwasher and only use non-metallic utensils. I bought these pans in August 2016 and have used them a lot. Let me tell you the non-stick coating is short lived and when it wears off these are by far the WORST pans I have ever used. Now, even with butter, food sticks to the pan. If I could return or replace them I would, but the Gothams warranty department is a joke and will not acknowledge that it is their product. I even tried to transplant when it got really bad. It was of no use.
