Worst product I have ever bought. The product started up slowly and sluggishly, wouldn't start or stay connected to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and didn't update as intended. I used apple support to restore the system but after that it never fully booted. I tried to bring this to Apple's attention, the product didn't show up as an Apple certified product, the serial number didn't register. Malicious programs were found during the basic installation and loaded into the operating system. The product crashed several times. A return was initiated because the product was not fully downloaded or was not working properly. The last attempt only resulted in a black screen.
