the first size is a little tricky - I ordered the small one after reading the reviews and measuring the dogs according to the instructions. It fit my larger dog (blue is a lovely shade!) but Sophie's pink was too big and wide for a small dog. There isn't much room for adjustment as the small part that contains the material with the adjustment loops is not a full collar like most collars - it's just a small, thinner part - so measure very carefully and remember that the fit area is tight and unforgiving. I gave this to a friend for her dog and I hope it suits Bella. I would say the colors are bright and the quality is good. Probably best for schnauzer sized dogs (the small size that goes with the blue gizmo weighs around 26lbs), although Sophie, who weighs 16lbs and is a terrier/lhasa mix, was oversized and quite broad in both cases seems to be.
