The problem got solved!
Very compact device with integrated screen. You can switch between views from any of your 4 cameras or all four with a wireless mouse. One of the 4 screens is broken. after 15 months. It didn't go into night mode and only showed black and white during the day. I asked SANNCE for help and after several trial and error attempts to determine the problem, it was determined that the device was faulty. They guided me through the process with email hints until we found the problem. SANNCE gave me a discount on a new device and we're back in business. We are happy with our new block.
