This. This is what this cutting board has been waiting for! Unless you've cooked for a bunch of kids (all ours, unfortunately) then you have no idea what the lengthy prep process is like. Especially a dinner like this with all the luxuries because NONE of the kids (or really the husband) would let me take a shortcut even if we didn't have a big family. I love this cutting board. It made my preparation for today so much more efficient! I was able to attach a grater and slicer for fresh ginger and cheese, then detach everything to leave an open container to chop the onion and celery for stuffing. Each plastic container had a snug fitting lid so I could take each one out and put it in the fridge as I had prepared almost everything the night before. In fact, the cutting surface was durable, thick bamboo and very easy to clean. after i was done The cutting board is durable. It didn't budge, even though after about a hundred breaks in my prep work, I may have become a little more confident with my haircut. Now it's my cutting board when I'm cooking a dinner that requires more than the basics!
