Review on High-performance Samsung 256GB EVO Plus microSDXC U3 with Adapter – Class 10 & UHS-I by Michael Lucas

Reliable performance for the most demanding applications

I'm reviewing the new MC-MB256GA that replaced the MC-MB256DA in 2017. There aren't too many differences between last year's models and this year's models. The U3 standard guarantees a write speed of at least 30 MB/s. The main reason why I recommend these Samsung cards is their extremely high reliability and durability. There's nothing worse than going on a trip and filming videos for days only to damage your card or data. The MC-256GA promises to withstand extreme conditions such as up to 72 hours in salt water, operation and temperatures from -25 to 85 degrees Celsius. In addition, the data on the disks is not affected by X-rays or magnetic fields, which is good news for frequent flyers. I ran some card read and write tests and got an average write time of 61 MB/s and a write time of 92 MB/s. Read Time S. In summary, this is essentially the same great map released in 2016, with a few minor changes that will likely go unnoticed. The performance is excellent even for the most demanding users, including 4k video, professional photography and use on all mobile phones, tablets, etc. d. will probably not notice. Performance is excellent for even the most demanding users, including 4k video, professional photography and use on all mobile phones, tablets etc. d. will probably not notice.
