Not a bad product, quite normal quality.
This is the second phone that has been purchased by this business. I decided it was time for an upgrade after the one I had been using for the past four years continued to lose its charge more quickly (it can maintain its charge for fewer than 24 hours when in use), so I went out and purchased a new one. Excellent bang for the buck!
