I cannot praise this unit enough. Serious. I'm a new homeowner and I've been pushing myself to the limit to find a way to prevent my washing machine from overflowing from the back. I found a YouTube video about this handy device and decided to give it a try. I AM SO HAPPY I made it! The first time I tried it, water ran into my kitchen sink. I turned on the drain, but as soon as it shut off, the water started filling the sink again. So I decided to keep doing this until it resolves itself, ie turn on recycling for about 2 minutes, check, repeat, check, repeat, check. The third or fourth time they fixed it. Boom! So happy! Since then no more problems!
