They are a little tricky to install. At first I tried using a large screwdriver but the bits always went wrong. So I came up with a scheme to use my drill press. I took a 1/4-20 hex screw and cut off the hex head. Then I threw it in my drill press, screwed a 1/4-20 screw into the unthreaded portion of the screw. I removed the belt from the drill press to turn the chuck by hand with a pulley. I then screwed one of the inserts onto the eyelet, lowered the spring, centered the insert over the hole, gently pushed the insert into the hole and started turning the pulley and the insert went in clean and straight. They have a tool to help with the deposit but I didn't want to wait for delivery and am a bit cheap. I did this in about 15 minutes.
