I have difficulty breathing with masks because of my asthma. After wearing, the air heats up and the oxygen content decreases. And then my glasses fog up. I panicked when I found out I would have to wear a mask during the aqua aerobics class. However, this mask worked great and I had no breathing problems and just a little intermittent fogging on my goggles. I went to the concert today and I could breathe and see normally. And it's amazing because it has 4 layers of protective fabric!
