The product has worked great for a month. Eventually it will still connect, showing 100% signal and connection quality, but the speed will never exceed 14 kbps. Tried on 2 different systems with the same result. I connected another wireless adapter and the speed was ok. Obviously a problem with this adapter. Left a request for a refund. TEKENVY refused to accept returns as their return policy is 30 days and my claim was 34 days after delivery. Shame on me that I didn't open the device immediately after receiving it and tried to spend 2 days troubleshooting alone. From my point of view it's less than 30 days. But so be it. I emailed to get an exception and they refused, saying their system couldn't handle it. Ridiculous. If it was important to them, they could do it. Obviously not. I will not order from them again. The only way is to work with EnGenius support. It usually takes 2 or 3 days to get a response from them (this has already happened with their other product which is much better than this one). And if they replace it, then with repairs. It will probably be another candidate for this garbage heap. When it's stable for some time I'll update my review.
