This is the most complex item configuration I have ever dealt with. I've been trying for two days now and still haven't received a custom PIN setup. All customization is done on disk with various combinations of key presses. Example: Press the KEY button and 7 other buttons at the same time, which is almost impossible on this small disc. Also, you have a limited amount of time before it locks itself. I haven't installed any files yet and dread the thought of doing it again if this drive later needs to be replaced. The disk must have an installer application that you can access when connected to a computer to edit other administrator functions. UPDATE: Returning this item is extremely difficult to set up and use. Not recommended
