Review on Blue Park Tool SG-7.2 Oversized Adjustable Saw Guide for Upgraded Performance by Andres Black

Not only for bicycles, but also for motorcycles!

I bought this to cut spring spacers for a motorcycle front fork and it works great. With its springs, Racetech supplies thin-walled aluminum tubes that are cut to the right length for the driver's purpose. The pipe cutter can go through before making a circular cut on a thin pipe, and the clipped profile of the cut must be filed to give a flat seating surface. This tool makes a nice square cut and its length is easy to control. Holding the tool in a vise by the bottom edge, I was able to use a standard hacksaw (actually a good old Capewell) to cut through .049 OD 1-3/8" wall pipe and drop the blade on each of the angled sides. I'm mine sure it will work just as well with CPVC tubing, but the thin wall tubing leaves more air space and allows me to use the Racetech oil level spec.
