I don't often write product reviews but this mug really is the best. I bought it for about $9 which is an absolute steal considering the quality. I prefer this style of lid when it's open for drinking and I've had no issues with spills (except when one of my kids knocked it over, but that goes without saying). It fits perfectly in my cup holder, my metal straw fits easily through the hole in the lid and it keeps my drinks hot/cold for a really long time. I'm a teacher and with my old cups I found my coffee to be ice cold in the second period if I didn't finish it fast enough. Now my tea stays hot until lunchtime, and when I leave just before 5th or 6th period it's still warm! Also, the double wall design really works (unlike other double wall mugs I've had where I can still feel the heat of the tea). I think 20 oz is the perfect size. I get compliments on my mug at work. I can't imagine a day without it now!
