waste of money!

Bought on a sale and loved it so much I only had it for 6 months and was NEVER able to connect. I've been trying to connect to multiple devices for an extended period of time. The connecting flashing light comes on for just a few seconds before your phone prompts you to enter your Wi-Fi password, after which you start the process again. The app has steps to get you through this, but it keeps prompting you to press the non-existent reset button, so it's not very helpful. I have tried searching the brochures, the app and even YouTube and Google but to no avail. Useless.

Pros

Don't worry about safety: the wide-mouth food dispenser prevents food from sticking. The product is equipped with dual power supply, AC adapter and 3D batteries (not included). You don't have to worry when the power is off. There are moisture-proof bags on the top cover, which can reduce food spoilage and moisture.
