As much as I love these headphones, I had one big problem with them. Let's start with the good. At $70, this is one of the best bang for your buck. The sound quality is good, the wearing comfort is good and they are great for training. The behind-the-ear earphones virtually eliminate their loss even during intense activity. If mine worked properly I would give these things six stars if I could. The problem I had was with my bluetooth connection. Headphones worked well for 5-15 minutes. They then randomly disconnected my phone and never reconnected. The only way to reconnect them is to put them back in the charging case for a few minutes and then take them out again. I've tried using them multiple times over the course of several days and this has happened every time. The battery is fully charged and my phone connects easily to other devices such as the Apple Watch. I know they are headphones. I'm waiting for an answer from JLab to help me with my problems. I hope I just have a bad pair and can trade them in for a new pair. If I can get a new pair that actually work I'll be happy to upgrade this review to five stars. These headphones would be amazing to me if they actually worked. But since they only last a few minutes before I have to take them off, I have to stick with this rating for now.
