In general, the mouse is excellent, and I am pleased with the acquisition. Got pros: Honestly, it's extremely peaceful here. The buttons are depressed gently in succession. Even after some practice, it took some getting accustomed to in the beginning. It's as though every other mouse is incredibly loud and aggressive now. Passes unnoticed over everything. The previous Logitech, which was one of the more affordable models, made a very loud rustling sound on the table. I was always laying down paper, so I began searching for a decent rug. At this point, I am not even sure if it is required. It's a shame I rarely have a need for the feature that allows me to switch between devices because it's both cool and functional. The feel of plastic and this particular soft touch is very lovely. Feels wonderful most of the time. Cons: The ratchet on the wheel has a very light feel to it. That seems to be for the purpose of increasing stillness, yet the tone is so soft that it irritates me. When it starts to run after being still for a considerable amount of time, you will occasionally need to switch it off and then back on again.
