Review on Dreamoon Panniers Waterproof Reflective Commuting by Todd Markel

DOES NOT last. Poor seams and impregnation.

Oh my god how I've gone crazy from them! We rode 170 miles with this pack and it fell apart on day 3. Issues: 1. STITCH QUALITY: Stitches in high traffic areas are of poor quality. Day 2: The top/main carry handle started to loosen. There are only a small number of stitches in this high stress area and it will fail if lifted. Day 4: One of the top straps for attaching mats, a tent or whatever is half torn off (it was attached in two places and one was torn off). Good thing we had a spare bungee with us.2. WATERPROOFING: This is basically a nylon backpack fabric with a thin layer of plastic sprayed onto one side of the fabric. By the end of our first/only ride with this bag, the waterproofing had started to wear off on the underside of the bag where it attaches to the trunk. We had great weather so we didn't test the waterproofing in real life but judging by the fact that it failed on some parts of the pack I don't think it will last long and I wouldn't trust it. 3 . RANDOM: This isn't so much a criticism as more of a wish list feature I would have liked. It needs a few spots for a carabiner to secure a water bottle or similar. Pros: - Fairly roomy - Plastic stand clips hold up well - Good selection of small pockets. It looks like a target quality backpack. Not terrible but don't expect him to be in great shape after a few rides. When we got back from the trip it was still within the return window so it went back. No package should fail in the first week. :(

Cons
