A good choice for basic computing needs

Very affordable laptop for basic computing needs. The specs that stand out to me when I describe this as "basic” is 4GB RAM and 128GB M.2 SSD. Both are the absolute minimum for today's requirements. Mobile phones now have these features (albeit expensive ones). It seems that one of the goals of this laptop is to maintain an aesthetically pleasing design. Only 1 USB 3.1 port and 2 USB 2.0 ports, a headphone/microphone jack, 1 slim RJ45 port, HDMI and a power jack are included. There is no external battery. 2 things I noticed when I first started using it: screen and sound quality. The screen is very sharp and rich in contrast. Black is actually black. Very impressive. The sound quality also surprised me. I don't expect much from laptop speakers, especially inexpensive ones, but I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the sound. There are no easily accessible ports on the back of the laptop for swapping out hard drives or RAM. Instead, unscrew about 10 Philips screws to remove the entire panel. I have already changed the RAM bar from 4GB to 8GB. Easy enough. The laptop is equipped with an M.2 Solid State Drive. The benefit of this is that you still have the option to add a regular-sized drive for storage expansion without worrying about reinstalling the operating system or trying to clone an included drive. Mode" When I decided to unlock S mode, Windows kindly offered me to pay >$100 for a license! I was furious, thinking this was a new scheme, laptops without a full one Selling a legal Windows license and instead just locking you up in the store Microsoft apps I forgot the exact steps I took, but somewhere I found that there was an error activating my Windows license and I had to clicked the troubleshoot button after which it magically worked and got me out of S mode Disaster averted A few things that bother me: The touchpad feels a little wobbly to me, just touching it makes it move , and you can hear the annoying sound of plastic on plastic When you move the mouse/touchpad, the buttons don't light up, you have to touch the button, I see, there is a BIOS option to turn off the timeout. -out. I disabled it but it doesn't seem to have any effect. It still turns off. The thin RJ45 port appears to be broken. I pull the cover down and it doesn't open wide enough to insert the connector. I will probably never use it. what is there
