Good alternative to Gmail & Zoho for non-tech savvy users
I like how easy it is for non-technical users who have no idea what an SMTP server or DNS record are doing things by themselves in their day job but also know enough about IT stuff at work so they don't need technical support when needed (or even want).
The interface isn’t as simple nor intuitive than other services out there such Gmail/Zoho etc., which makes configuring certain features more complicated; however this can be solved with time if one has some general knowledge of programming languages used here - PHP mainly-. You will see benefits once you use your mail account regularly over several months without any issues encountered whatsoever.- Free version comes only up until 10GB data usage per month,- Only free plan supports IMAP protocol rather then POP3-, No desktop application available yet although mobile apps already exists via App Store & Google Play stores.

- Ability not just connect email from domain address that's hosted inside same infrastructure instead host elsewhere eithr locally using local MX hosts OR remotely outside network through internet gateway routers
