Great monitor for video conferencing. A quick explanation of why some people are having issues with their camera: you need to connect the included USB 3.0 upstream cable to both the monitor and your device's USB 3.0 port. The plug will fit any USB port on your device, but if it's not a 3.0 port it won't work. Most docking stations, laptops, and desktops have both high-speed and regular ports, so make sure you're plugging the cable into the correct high-speed port (usually colored blue or marked with the SS-USB logo).
