For 90% of cyclists this is the perfect helmet. Lightweight, comfortable, certified and at a great price. The light is a great feature for night driving. It is well integrated into the helmet itself. If you only ride in daylight, you can save a few bucks and buy a helmet without lights. I have purchased several Schwinn helmets. Build quality is as good as the rest unless you go for the ultra high grade. I'd say it's more comfortable and fits better than many of the more expensive helmets I've tried. Good adjustment range.
