It appears to be a computer designed for the traveling sales manager. Performance was slower than expected. This laptop is fanless and therefore features a dual-core i7 processor with low power consumption. I didn't think I would notice a difference but it wasn't much faster than my 8 year old i5 which is on its last legs. Good enough to view and check emails. Probably good for sharing PPT presentations. I felt like it wasn't fast enough for medium workloads (Excel, Photoshop, etc.) that I need to run on a regular basis. Limited Ports. I'm not sure about the durability and ease of maintenance of leather. The computer itself is thin and beautiful, creating a very executive vibe. I love the idea of a fanless computer, but came back a day later in favor of more processing power and RAM. Haven't used it long enough to know anything about the battery life (probably quite long) or how hot it gets when running. I've previously tried the Specter, which was more powerful, had a more comfortable keyboard, but made terrible fan noise. . 0 for 2 with HP this year.
