That's cute. I don't like it, thought I would. I thought the bones went into his mouth and fell into his stomach, but they didn't. You insert a bone and depending on what mode you are in you will be told about that specific bone but then you have to take it out and put another bone in etc. My 2 year old has trouble putting bones in - and get out. So it definitely wasn't a popular Christmas present. And I liked that the whole alphabet was there BUT it leads to a lot of bones in the stack to keep track of. They are kept in his stomach to keep things in order when they are done. And there are many modes for different training elements. Maybe she'll be a match for him. As a mom who has played with a million different toys, I would not recommend this one unreservedly. Everything these days has a learning curve much better than this.
